Before shipment

Your packages are carefully packaged before shipping. Please check the conformity of your order with delivery before accepting it. We only manage order returns of complete products.

Accumulation of orders

We cannot group several orders placed separately. We recommend placing only one order at a time to avoid multiplying delivery costs.

Cancellation

To ensure the shortest possible delivery times, we prepare your order as soon as possible after it is validated on the site. Once an order is validated, no modifications or cancellations can be made.

Incorrect item

 If you have received an incorrect item, send an email to our customer service mentioning:

1. Order number
2. The name of the article
3. A photo of the article

We exchange your product as soon as possible (24-72 hours).

Delivery time

Your orders are delivered within 24 to 72 working hours from the date of shipment.

Invoicing

We will send you a pdf copy of your invoice by email. You should receive it shortly after the email informing you of the shipment of your package.

Payment on delivery

Delivery will be made with payment upon receipt of your package.
